Terms & Conditions: Tom Savvy Voiceover

Welcome to the "Savvy" way of doing business. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Tom Savvy (tomsavvy.com). By booking a session or commissioning a script, you agree to the following:

1. Professional Standard

I provide professional British voiceover services recorded in a broadcast-quality home studio. I adhere to professional industry standards for audio quality and conduct.

2. Quotations & Bookings

All quotes are project-specific and include the Basic Studio Fee (BSF) plus any applicable Usage/Licensing Fees.
Quotes are valid for 30 days.
A booking is confirmed only when the client provides a final script and a written "Go Ahead" (email is fine).

3. Delivery & Turnaround

I aim to deliver most projects within 24-48 hours of receiving the final script.
Files are delivered in high-quality WAV format (unless otherwise requested) via secure download link.
I am not responsible for delays caused by technical issues beyond my control (though I’ll move heaven and earth to fix them).

4. Revisions & Corrections

My Mistakes: If I misread the script or mispronounce a word that was correctly noted, I will fix it for free within 48 hours.
Client Changes: You are entitled to 3 revisions withing the original quote. If you change the script, the tone, or the direction after this, a revision fee will apply.
Direction: If you wish to direct the session live (via Source Connect, CleanFeed, Zoom, etc.), this must be booked in advance.

5. Usage Rights & Licensing

The Golden Rule: You do not own the audio until the invoice is paid in full.
Usage rights are granted for a specific medium, territory, and duration (e.g., "Social Media, UK, 12 Months").
Usage is not transferable to other brands or sister companies without prior written agreement and additional licensing.
No AI/Synthesization: Under no circumstances is the audio provided to be used for AI voice cloning, machine learning, or synthetic voice generation without an explicit, separate, and significantly more expensive contract.

6. Payment Terms

New Clients: Payment is required upfront or upon delivery of the first recorded take.
Existing/Corporate Clients: Standard net 30-day terms apply.
Late payments may be subject to a statutory interest fee under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

7. Cancellation & Kill Fees

If a project is cancelled after the recording has taken place, the full fee is due.
If a session is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, a 50% "Kill Fee" applies to cover the lost studio time.

8. Confidentiality

I often see things before the public does. I promise to keep your scripts, products, and brand secrets strictly confidential. If you need me to sign a specific NDA, just ask.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
